No hay recepción ni se brinda el descanso nocturno
1.0− Fuimos para una noche y... Menos mal! Me parece muy bien que la junta de Galicia no obligue a los hoteles de baja categoría a tener recepción 24h pero qué mínimo que haya un responsable o una vigilancia por las noches para respetar el descanso nocturno de los huéspedes.En nuestro caso eran las 2 de la madrugada y había una habitación haciendo mucho ruido, tirando cosas, riyendo... Y no había ningún responsable a quien poder avisar.

3.0− La habitación no estaba preparada cuando nos entregaron las llaves. Cuando íbamos a entregar las llaves no funcionaba el sistema y no pudimos acceder a nuestra habitación nuevamente. Fuimos a desayunar, en esoera de solucion, pero como teniamos que iniciar viaje, renunciamos a lo que nos quedo en la habitación, y depositamos la tarjeta-llave en el buzon de correos ya que en ese tiempo no lo dieron solucionado, ni nadie se presentó a intentarlo.

7.0Habitación grande, comoda y con buenas vistas. Lo que esperábamos. Buena relación calidad precio.
− No me gusto que al llegar te recibe una chica en videollamada, no te recibe nadie fisicamente y te abre la puerta de tu habitación la chica de la videollamada desde su oficina. No me dio seguridad.
