Weird expirience

− It was a strange and disappointing experience. It took us almost two hours to find the place, and when we finally arrived, the owner opened the gate and told us that our room had already been rented out to someone else. It was already occupied. We asked if it was possible to get our money back, and while we were told a refund would be issued, we are still waiting. Nothing has arrived yet. No one is responding to our messages, and the owner never answers any questions. Be careful — this was a very odd and unprofessional experience
