Overall a great stay. The only reason why I didn’t give the best rating was because of the lack of hot water.

− As the Boiler was broken we had no hot water which was a bit inconvient with 4 girls but we got a partial refund for this

− La ducha no pudimos entenderla, o salía agua muy caliente o fría, o de repente cuando estaba todo bárbaro se enfriaba asi sin explicación
Great apartment although no elevator makes it hard to carry luggages

− Meeting point on booking.com was incorrect so we struggled to find the place with lagged communication with the host. We thought we were scammed at first. Sinks in the kitchen didn't drain well. Water pressure very low when both showers are in use.
Check-in is by APPOINTMENT from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, through a link that you will receive few days before your arrival.
Check in after 7.00 PM is possible with extra charge of €40.00 to be paid in cash at check-in time; after 11.00 PM the supplement is €70.00 and it's until 1am maximum. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
