I proprietari dell’immobile si sono dimostrati estremamente professionali, cordiali e sempre disponibili. L’alloggio è moderno, arredato con gusto e dotato di ogni funzionalità. Qualora dovessi tornare ad Acireale, non esiterei a prenderlo nuovamente in considerazione. Assolutamente consigliato!

− Non si tratta di una critica, bensì di una considerazione: l’alloggio appare maggiormente indicato per una famiglia di quattro persone piuttosto che per un gruppo di amici. La presenza di una sola camera da letto e di un divano letto come seconda soluzione, infatti, può rendere difficile garantire la giusta privacy. Per gruppi di amici potrebbe risultare più appropriato orientarsi verso un appartamento di dimensioni maggiori.

Splendido appartamento nel cuore della città

L’appartamento, dotato di tutti i comfort, presenta spazi molto ampi e si trova in una posizione perfetta per visitare la città. È stato facile trovare parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze. Il proprietario si è dimostrato molto disponibile nel fornirci informazioni e consigli su spiagge e ristoranti.

− Essendo un piano terra, l’affaccio è su strada ma è presente un cortile interno utile per stendere la biancheria.

L'emplacement idéal dans le centre historique, proche de tous les commerces, appartement très propre et spacieux, accueil très gentil de Yvan et son fils Gabriele. merci , Grazzie.

− Peut-être le manque de vaisselle et d'accessoires pour cuisiner un minimum, mais dans l'ensemble, c'était parfait rien à redire, je recommande très fortement.

Appartamento pulitissimo, grandissimo e bellissimo con 2 camere da letto e soggiorno con angolo cottura (con tutto il necessario) ,situato in centro storico a 2 passi dalla cattedrale. Arredato in stile moderno con letti comodissimi.Il mare raggiungibile a piedi in 10/15 min. Proprietario molto gentile e sempre disponibile per dare informazioni.
