Difficult and rude staff - nothing explained properly when i arrived. -here's you key get on with it
2.0There was no breakfast on offer. Room was ok. Bed was comfortable.
− Staff were rude - didn't feel welcome. Shower was difficult to use. Will never stay there again!!
Overall, a clean room, good bathroom and very good value for money
7.0We stayed overnight after a day at the Market Rasen races so it was really busy! However the staff were great, allowing us to park in the carpark as we were a resident and moving things out the way so there was room. One member of staff then showed us to our room, without having to go through the pub which was kind.

− Nothing the staff made us very welcome and one of there own excellent customer service and will be returning without a doubt.
As my son lives in market Rasen, I would be more than happy to stay in the Swan again
8.0No breakfast with booking, location was perfect for my circumstances
− Well the only drawback was that England were playing at 2am, and as a Proud Welshman to have Wonder Wall and It's coming home blaring out at 4am was a bit off putting 😀 (only joking)
