wunderbare Lage, der Rundumblick ist atemberaubend. Dennoch ruhige Wohnlage, gute Anbindung zur Autobahn, große Zimmer, Terrasse, kleiner Einkaufsmarkt direkt nebenan.

Direkt an einer stark befahrenen Hauptstrasse. Deshalb kann man auf der Terrasse nicht entspannen.

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und sauber.

− Direkt vor der Wohnung führt eine Hauptverkehrsstrasse entlang, die den Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse zu einem unangenehmen Erlebnis macht. Die Strasse ist von früh bis spät durchgängig stark befahren, was enormen Lärm erzeugt. Wer also so wie wir, diese Wohnung mietet, weil er sich auf eine entspannte Zeit auf der Terrasse freut, wird enttäuscht werden. Zudem ist fussläufig halbwegs gefahrenfrei nur eine Bistro und ein Supermarkt erreichbar, da die gesamte Hauptstrasse keine Fusswege bietet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist als sehr schlecht zu bewerten und nimmt der Wohnung seinen ganzen Charm und Reiz, den sie aufgrund der Einrichtung Terrasse haben könnte. Zudem kommt hinzu, dass eine zweite Wohnung ebenfalls den Vorraum und die Terrasse nutzt. Der Bereich der Wohnung, der einem ausschliesslich selbst zur Verfügung steht, ist also deutlich kleiner, als es auf den Fotos den Eindruck macht. Der Mietpreis der Wohnung ist mit über 200 Eur pro Nacht sehr hoch und ist in meinen Augen aufgrund der oben genannten Umstände keineswegs gerechtfertigt.
