Le plus grand point fort est la terrasse avec vue sur la mer

Appartement situé en première ligne de plage avec une magnifique terrasse, la vue est superbe. L'appartement est bien équipé.
− Au niveau de la propreté et des équipements, ce n'était pas un "wow": planchers pas super propres, beaucoup d'objets qui "traînent" tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur, ce qui donne une impression de plus ou moins bien entretenu. Considérant le prix demandé, je pense qu'une plus grande attention devrait être dirigée à cet égard. S'il fait très chaud, sachez que l'air climatisé est dans la salle à manger seulement et que la chambre est à l'autre bout, donc la fraîcheur se rend plus ou moins. Il y a toutefois un ventilateur au plafond.
