Would not recommend staying unless you appreciate off-road adventures

Well-appointed residence with wonderful, expansive sea views.

− The final 4 kilometers dirt-road is a complete nightmare. There is no street lighting at night and you could fall off the steep cliffs if you miscalculate your driving. We had booked five nights but only stayed one night - rushing our dinner at Pera Meria to ensure we are back at the residence at dusk with some sunlight to guide us. The next day we departed for another villa offering more humane road conditions that did not terrorize my family. Requested a refund, the owner was unwilling to provide. I do not understand how people invest this much money to build a complex of beautiful houses without any regard for some basic access infrastructure that takes into consideration guest safety. It is just ridiculous, given that there is nothing in the area to walk to (no beach, shops, cafes, restaurants) so every time you need something you literally have to perform steep-hill off-roading to get to services.

Nagyon tiszta, jól felszerelt ház, nagyon szép a kilátás a tengerre. Nyugodt, csendes környék, a tengerpart közel van. Pihenésre, kikapcsolódásra tökéletes hely, a jakuzzi pedig megunhatatlan.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν εξαιρετικό , πολύ όμορφοι και άνετοι όλοι οι χώροι , δεν μας έλειψε τιποτα.

− Δεν αφορά το κατάλυμα ακριβώς , αλλά τον δρόμο προς το κατάλυμα. Έχει χωματόδρομο για αρκετή ώρα που απαιτεί προσοχή!

Great villa with amazing view! We spent a great time here. The villa is absolutely superb and it has a great view. The sunrise from the villa terrace is absolutely breathtaking. The villa is extraordinary, beautiful and stylish décor, very clean and comfortable. Very close, it is a wonderful bay with a gorgeous wild beach, with very fine sand. The name of the beach is Psilisammos and in our opinion it is the nicest beach from the whole island. It is like having you own private beach. It is the perfect place to admire and enjoy a wild landscape with a great view. We visited some other beaches from the island but our soul remained to Psilisammos. In our opinion this location is a must place to visit if you will be in Kea.
