Everything. Kate was quick to respond. When we couldn't use the microwave, she took it away to have it repaired and returned it same day. Lift, washing machine, hooks in flat, balcony with view, walkable to town. Great supermarket open 24/7 (Family supermarket) 3 mins away, has wide variety of prepared food, meat, salads, bakery and tons of buttercream cakes at good prices.

− Water pressure bit weak in shower. Water was cut off one evening till midnight (planned maintenance?) but luckily the apartment has a reserve 500 litre water tank we could use instead.
