10.0Posizione strategica per visitare tutta la zona orientale da Catania a Marzamemi. La casa pulita ed accessoriata. I proprietari fantastici e disponibili. Il giorno del nostro arrivo la Signora Salvina ci ha dato il benvenuto con una torta alle mele buonissima. Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per poter godere al meglio il nostro soggiorno. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la parte esterna, dotata anche di doccia. Ringraziamo i proprietari. Consigliatissimo

8.0The green backyard was beautiful and nicely kept. The parking was onsite. Across the street there was a bar/restaurant. Quiet in the area, but the beach was near. Very large terrace, shaded. Nice hosts.
− The place was not that clean, we found a forgotten and rotten bag with a banana (I think) near the trash in the house, also a bit dusty. Overall, some morr thorough cleaning was needed.
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche dort verbracht. Di Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

10.0Tutto. Se fosse stato un hotel sarebbe stato a 5 stelle. Essendo una casa può valutarsi eccellente. Una villetta tutta nuova ristrutturata di recente dove non manca nulla, Anzi manca soltanto una piscina 😂 Scherzi a parte, casa comoda, dotata di ogni cosa che possa essere utile, aria condizionata, divani dentro e fuori nello spazio grande tutto riparato dal sole con due tavoli da pranzo, un barbecue e secondo frigorifero esterno e seconda doccia dopo mare al riparo da occhi indiscreti. Dimenticavo. È sorprendente la presenza discreta anzi riservata dei proprietari al piano di sopra che, se richiesti, si rendono disponibili con la massima cordialità.
