In desperate need of maintenance

Big space, kitchen, off-street parking.

− The place was not cleaned well. Dirty table and floor, spider webs, grime. Many things in urgent need of replacement. Toilet was clean but looked absolutely disgusting. Broken off fan hanging by the power cord, bidet spray as shower head. No toilet paper provided.
