8.0We like the location and overall cleanliness inside and outside .
− I was choosed based on hot tub facilities but it was a common hot tub which we hesitated to use. I paid the money including for the hot tub , in that perspective, price is high with the facilities. So in that perspective, it was just a good place to stay inside the property.
Perfect Cornish retreat
10.0Awesome location close between Penzance and St Ives in a quiet and peaceful countryside area. Apartment was comfy, had everything needed for a weekend stay and the hot tub is very relaxing. Craig is a great communicator and happy to provide anything needed. Highly recommend this accommodation.
− Recommend having a car or bike otherwise getting to the estate (and visiting local area) could be tricky. Make sure the satnav takes you to the right location - turning is off a main rural road not a minor track.

3.0The bed, despite being small, was comfortable
− There was not enough of anything, and the quality wasn't great. Some of the kitchenware was plastic!! The garden isn't fenced off, and we had a large dog come in who didn't like my mother in law and so had us very concerned. The place was boiling as no one had left any windows, etc, open. The double bed was tiny. The whole place is tiny

5.0The bed and the tea and coffee biscuits
− Location was to remote very very small. bedroom ceiling height to low wi fi wasn’t very reliable also other guest parking their cars in the entrance to the apartments instead of the designated parking area the waste bin outside was overflowing and smelly also every apartment’s drainage system was overflowing on to the footpath also the towels supplied were poor quality
