− “Lujoso” must be a joke. When outside temperature is 8 Celsius, and the heating system is broken, we expect a solution or a refund before spending a second night freezing. The answer was “THE HEATING IS NOT INCLUDED”. After spending a couple hours of my vacation time watching videos “do it yourself” sent by the owner, trying to fix the heating system, I asked for a refund and the answer was the heating is a supplement!!! The so called air conditioning system is portable machine that has only makes cold air in one of the rooms. The sofa is rotten, there was no linen or pillow covers in 2 beds. The apartment is supposed to be for a maximum of 7 people but there was an only 4 chairs, a tiny camping table, not enough silverware. The shower floods with every shower. This is the first time I have such a bad experience.
