Cosy cottage

Beautiful cottage, it has all the amenities you need. It was very clean and cosy. The owner supplied plenty of wood for the wood burner. We arrived 5 hours early and called whether we could check in early, which was granted immediately , so we were able to start our holiday much earlier. Location is right on the High Street with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We never struggled to find a parking spot during our stay.

Nothing to like. Maybe location only

− Understanding it was a grade 2 listed property we knew it was going to be old. However the cleanliness and overall presentation left much to be desired. Single Mattresses like rock...shower broken..cobwebs...had to wash dishes before use as were dirty...cracked crockery...filthy carpet. Overall the place was very dirty. Not inviting at all.
