Peaceful and cosy stay.
9.0Quiet, not too far from the centre of Amsterdam (a 10 minute walk for us). Very comfortable with great WiFi and shower. Everything you’d need in the kitchen was there. It ticked nearly all of the boxes. Owner was always there if we needed them :)
− It’s very bright with no privacy in living room part of apartment due to no blind at the patio window. This is an easy negative to rectify hopefully. Steep stairs 3 floors up wasn’t a problem for us but could be for others.

7.0La ubicación y la luz interior.
− Estaba sucio, lleno de polvo por los muebles y bolas de polvo por las esquinas. En el techo de la habitación una tela de añana y las ventanas con cagadas de pájaros. Además nos encontramos con la basura de los inquilinos anteriores, lo que significa que no fueron a limpiar para nuestra entrada. Por otro lado, es un tercero sin ascensor, escaleras muy empinadas y no tiene aire acondicionado. El precio me pareció excesivo, para el servicio ofrecido. Me hubiera ido a un hotel en el centro por el mismo precio.

8.0L appartement est super bien situé, à 10 -15 à pied de la gare,il est dans un quartier calme ,le long des canaux,alors qu il est à 2 pas d un quartier très animé. Tout peut se faire à pied. Il est très lumineux avec une petite terrasse très agréable et très propre.On reconnaît bien l'immeuble rouge dès notre arrivée. Le checking s est bien passé (boîte à clés à l exterieur) Il y avait des dosettes de café,du thé et tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner.
− Il est au 3eme étage sans ascenseur avec un escalier très pentu. On entend les cloches d une église qui sonnent même la nuit. Il manque des volets dans le salon. Il est parfait pour un couple par contre moins pratique pour 2 amis,la salle de bain étant dans la chambre
