Great flat, if only it was less expensive
10.0Very nice flat, no bad smells detected. Location is perfect: close to the waterbus station, yet on a small street with no noise. Everything is working fine, flat equipped well, WiFi is good. Bed is very comfy. Supermarkets, restaurants, fruit stalls very close by (fruit stall is just 50 meters from it), though I think it's probably this way in most parts of Venice. Can check in and check out remotely: owners will tell you the door code (we didn't need it as we arrived when owner was there). Flat is on the ground floor and often you can hear people walking around talking very clearly, like they are in the same room. I consider it part of the experience, quite interesting. Flat is on a very small street so there's not many people walking around.
− Only nitpicking here. Mosquitoes are everywhere in Venice. This flat has mosquito nets, but mosquitoes still can get in somehow. Flat includes mosquito repellent devices (we didn't use them because we brought our own). Overall, mosquitoes in Venice seem to be very kind compared to other places of the world. I don't think I was bitten even once in the flat. Floors are very cold, it would be good to have some slippers provided. Instructions instruct to separate garbage but there is only one bin provided, so separating is not possible (not that I care). The price is not cheap.

9.0Beautiful apt near everything we like in Venice. It was nice to have the conditioner and shampoo as well as cream.
− It would be helpful to have a street map of Venice for guests. A body wash would be nice.
