8.0La posizione strategica in pieno centro di Forte dei Marmi. Tutto raggiungibile facilmente a piedi. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo per i servizi erogati.
− L’ingresso con una rampa di scale ripide per accedere all’appartamento. Estrema difficoltà nell’accensione dei fornelli del piano cottura e pressione irregolare nel funzionamento dell’acqua dal rubinetto del lavabo della cucina.

− Sporco, tutti malfunzionamenti . Necessità di totale revisione. Per un breve soggiorno ci si può adattare, ma non è da vacanze È molto in centro e forse questo ha fatto sì che si venda da solo, ma solo questo. Se fosse altrove di posizione sarebbe davvero brutto e mal funzionante solamente. Pensate che c'è ancora dentro un vecchio e sporco albero di natale addobbato....
