Good location with no need to walk up the bridge stairs or carry the baggage via boats. Kind staff.
9.0You don't need to cross the bridge (with lots of stairs) to arrive at this hotel from the train station. I chose this hotel mainly for this reason and I'm glad I made the right choice. You can go on foot almost everywhere in Venice, but being close to the water taxi added convenience. My daughter realized after checking out that she had left her cellphone. We left our baggage at the hotel but were in Murano. When I called the hotel to find her phone, as FindMy said that it was in the hotel, the receptionist said the room had been cleaned and nothing had been found. When I told her that my daughter said she had left it on the bed, the receptionist literally sought through the bedsheets they removed from beds to wash, found the phone and called back to tell me "I found it. Don't worry. Enjoy your day and pick it up when you can!" You know 2 things for sure 1. They are SUPER KIND 2. They maintain their bedsheets clean.
− Everything was convenient. There's a few steps of stairs to walk up with the baggages, but the male receptionist helped carry them up.
