8.0Great location, walking distance to vaporetto stops (Guglie and Crea), and the main train station Venezia S.Lucia. lots of nice places to eat within a few hundred metres. Apartment itself is of decent size. Host is easy to contact and very friendly.
− Main issue we had was it was dusty. This was our 4th accommodation in our tour around Italy but was the first place where we had difficulty sleeping. Bed is very creaky and my wife and son developed dusty allergy symptoms the whole time we were there.

9.0Fabulous location, absolutely gorgeous. Close enough to all the action, but so quiet and peaceful at night. The host was super helpful and welcoming, and we loved the coffee and biscuits the host left for us, thank you!
− Some new pillows would be good, but everything else was just perfect!
