Great option in Welcome Bay. Incredibly well equipped studio, right in village. Excellent hosts.
9.0Very private, good indoor/outdoor flow, very well equipped studio unit. Close to shops, pub, gas station. Great communication from host, easy adjacent parking, perfect location for our needs.
− Space in the Bathroom is a tad cramped.

Great couple stay
9.0Perfect for a couple.stay. Clean, well stocked, small but comfy. Quick drive to town. We did a quick overnight stay after an afternoon in Hobbiton. Was just what we needed.
Little Oasis in Tauranga
10.0This place is so lovely, it's like your own beach house! This space is so well thought out, it's clear the owners have gone above and beyond for a fantastic guest experience. We had a fantastic stay here and would highly recommend.
