− Se il check in viene fatto online non ho nessun problema ma almeno che funzioni. Essendo io e l'altra persona in posti diversi per farlo non ci faceva procedere indipendentemente e mi veniva negato l'ingresso nonostante avessi pagato. La doccia era intasata: il bagno si allagava dopo pochi minuti. Nonostante le mie segnalazioni via chat, nessuno è stato mandato a riparare. Ho dovuto personalmente fermare una donna delle pulizie in corridoio. Ha usato uno sturalavandini. Il giorno dopo si sono offerti di cambiarmi camera ma colpevolmente in ritardo rispetto la mia richiesta di aiuto (NESSUNA ASSISTENZA IN CASO DI BISOGNO). Ho fatto oja de reclamacion e mi han fatto rispondere dall'avvocato. L'unico modo di tutelarsi da gente che lavora così è non andarci.
