8.0Appartamento in condominio (un po' fuori dal centro) carino soprattutto per quanto riguarda l'ampia zona soggiorno. Camera da letto e bagno piuttosto piccoli. Godibili gli spazi esterni (prato soleggiato davanti all'ingresso) e il balcone (all'ombra per la maggior parte della giornata) attrezzato con le sdraio. Apprezzati i piccoli elettrodomestici (bollitore, forno a microonde ecc) utili in cucina e la dotazione di tovaglia, tovaglioli e kit per pulizie. Contesto silenzioso. Soggiorno piacevole e rilassante
− Da migliorare il bagno con una più funzionale cabina doccia. Non abbiamo utilizzato il box per un problema di serratura, ma non abbiamo avuto difficoltà a parcheggiare vicinissimo all'appartamento in area condominiale protetta.
