Our stay at Birch Hill Retreat was great. Location was great, kitchen well stocked, and the place was clean and modern.
9.0The location was excellent for our needs. It was close to everything we wanted to do.
− Even though the property was very well stocked and maintained there are a couple of things that would like to suggest that would have made it better for us. First is having no dressers to store unpacked clothes. I like to total unpack when I am on vacation that last longer than 3 days. It just makes things are more convenient to find. Second, I would be nice to have some type of chair to sit on in the bedrooms. My husband has some back issues and getting dressed was difficult at times with no place to sit to put on socks, pants etc. We also appreciate that a new bag of ice was in the freezer upon the our arrival.
We had a very pleasant time in Fairbanks using this property as our accommodation. Happy to recommend it to others.
8.0A complete house with plenty of room to move, plenty of storage space and warm .
− Not much to dislike really. A little distance form the town centre but served by a good taxi service.

10.0This home was so nice and bright. Very clean and was a great size for or 3 couples. Nice neighborhood, we felt safe. We would rent this place again!!
