9.0The property although basic was exceptionally good value for a room with a private bathroom ( and even a TV ) Staff helpful and friendly and has a good local restaurant attached .Drinking water provided.

6.0We struggled to sleep at night, the noise of everything carried. The A/C was faulty so very loud, music from surrounding properties, dogs barking. The property was very secure, parking option, staff were nice, good breakfast.
