8.0Loved the easy check-in process and how friendly staff is. Also love the 12 noon checkout!! The beds are also the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in!
− The showers were a little dirty. Could be cleaner.

− The room did not have a blow dryer, thankfully I brought mine. Mildew on the vanity grout. I expected more since having be owned by Hilton.

4.0The hotel itself was clean and the location was good!
− I was there from Wednesday July 1 till Monday July 6 and my room was only cleaned on that Thursday July 2 and not cleaned again by no one…. I had a total of 2 room and neither one was cleaned.. That was very disappointing as I asked how often do they clean and I was told every other day so I don’t understand why my 2 rooms were missed!!! The hotel itself was clean but my room was not! I didn’t get a chance to take any pictures but I did let the staff know and no one even bothered to get it cleaned. We had to keep calling the front desk to get clean towels. Also the hotel had everything but body soap.
