Meravigliosa accoglienza di Barbara e Eddy, molto gentili e disponibili. Nella cucina della casetta abbiamo trovato la macchina del caffè con capsule e dolce gentilmente offerti, olio, aceto, sale, prodotti per la pulizia. La casa piccolina ma curata con attenzione, accogliente e riservata. La posizione è molto buona, vicina al centro, alla spiaggia e alla stazione.

I never got the chance to stay and due to the owners I lost all my money!!

Nothing, I was treated like a criminal by the owners. They told lies about me the whole time! It was a complete nightmare! Never book this apartment! I lost the accommodation as well as all my money!!

− The terrible way I was treated. I have checked in but I was not satisfied as according to the photos and price I booked a whole house. It was just a small room, very small bathroom and a kitchen (20 m2) from 50 years ago in a terrible depressive place. My Id was overdue but according to the first owner there was no problem. I left some luggage and I told him I will be there tomorrow. But as there was only 1 bedroom, my girlfriend had to book another accommodation. And we paid already over €2000! I called Booking if we could cancel as the accommodation was definitely not according to what we thought we booked! They checked with the owners but there was no possibility. Then I thought Ok I will stay there. Then the second owner started to call me and she was very aggressive that it was all my own fault. Not very service minded. The following day I got a message from the second owner that my ID was a problem and I could not use my license. So they had to cancel my accommodation. A little later I got a message that I committed fraud, and I needed to bring back the keys and I would not get any money back!!!!!!As I used the name of my belated husband. But that is grap as on my document is mentioned widow of.. so I can identify with the name of my belated husband. I called and mailed booking.com. Until now after 3 mails more than 3 weeks ago Booking.com did not react! So there I was: I rented out my own house to a nice family and I was myself without accommodation and I lost all my money...a terrible situation I was very upset as I was accused of a crime I did not do!!!!!! Until now the case has not been resolved. I just got a mail from Booking.com with the story of the owners with only lies about me really unbelievable!!! So I am very sad about the whole situation and I think Booking.com should check this accommodation as it is not according the standards of Booking.com. And I am also very disappointed in Booking.com!!!! Do not book this apartment!

Calm little place, close to the best part of the beach

Eddy is very friendly and easy-going, and really helped us out, like bringing us umbrellas when it started to rain. It's a tiny little house, but well-planned, and everything functions very well. Great bed, nice shower, silent air-con, well-equipped kitchen. Just one block off Pineto's little main street, two blocks from the beach, but very calm and private.

− Even though there are nice places to sit and lots of greenery, it still feels like staying in someone's backyard - because you are :-)

Soggiorno piacevole e rilassante, proprietario cordialissimo!

La struttura è al centro del paese, in zona Corfù e a due passi dal mare e dalla pineta. Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono tutti i servizi necessari quali tabacchi, supermercato, farmacia, ristoranti, ecc. La camera in cui siamo stati è luminosa, accogliente, pulita ed attrezzata con beni di prima necessità. Il proprietario è Eddy, un signore di una simpatia, disponibilità e cordialità esemplari. Durante il nostro soggiorno non ci ha fatto mancare nulla: ha effettuato il cambio della biancheria e delle lenzuola, ci ha fatto trovare qualche snack e succhi di frutta al mattino, e per qualsiasi informazione e richiesta si è sempre mostrato super disponibile e sempre col sorriso. Una persona molto empatica; menzione speciale per il suo bellissimo cane, Renato, che ha allietato con la sua presenza il nostro soggiorno. Un rapporto qualità - prezzo per un weekend a Pineto che è stato più che onesto. Per concludere, la struttura è super consigliata e se dovessimo ripassare qui, senza dubbio Eddy sarebbe la prima persona che contatteremo per trovare soggiorno.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful, it felt like being home. The place exceeded my expectation, very clean and in a strategic location.

− Everything was as described and even better therefore there was nothing I did not like.
