− ג'קוזי שבור ומלוכלך,בריכה מלוכלכת,הגדרות בחוץ שבורות,המים של צינור ניקוז שיוצא מהגג מוציא מים מלוכלכים ישר לבריכה. מזגן ממוקם מעל המיטה אי אפשר להשתמש בו בלילה כי כיוון אוויר ישירות על המיטה .
