− No hairdryer, living room lamp/socket not working, had to reset boiler as had no hot water on second day.
Was OK but personally I wouldn’t rate as high as others
6.0− Wasn’t very clean. Human hairs all over the house. Bathroom wasn’t clean. No liners in kitchen bin. Old light fitting left on widow sill in bathroom. Somebody’s empty body wash left in shower. TV didn’t connect to WiFi on numerous occasions.
