A perfect seaside holiday.
8.0Very homely and comfortable. Good facilities. Excellent location and a fantastic sea view.
− The light/lamp shade at the bottom of the bed was too low and my husband kept knocking his head on it. The shower head could probably do with being replaced.
Enjoyable stay in Eastbourne. Great location to visit Birling Gap and the Seven Sisters Cliffs.
8.0Good location, lovely views overlooking Eastbourne Beach and the sea, within a few minutes walk of the Pier and all the bars and restaurants.
− Parking close by can be a problem, especially on a Saturday. However the host can provide Parking Permits, at a small cost, and this permits you to park in the Pay and Display, usually close by, all day and until 11.00 am the following morning.

10.0Due to exceptionaly hot weather ( red alert) we really appreciated the sea breeze through the two large windows. Proximity to beach for a few lovely swims from the sand at low tide. Local Tesco and short walk along promenade to the Tennis tournament (main reason for coming) and town centre. Key box at front door so didn't need to take key with us.
− Parking in Eastbourne is a nightmare. Once we found a slot a short walk away we used our bikes which we kept in the boot. Struggled to open huge waste bins in the scruffy alley to dispose of rubbish. I'm not sure why Eastbourne hasn't embraced recycling as other seaside resorts we've visited.

7.0Smooth check in, no fuss. Carole made sure we were sorted regarding bedding etc. Location is awesome. I could read my book in bed and look out to the sea. Thats priceless. Super comfy bed. Kids were comfy and we felt at home immediately. Next year we will book for a whole week for sure!
