The place was very nice and we had enjoyed our stay very much, it was clean and comfortable!

Lovely cottage and village.
10.0Dawn was very friendly and welcoming. We had booked into Heather room but changed to Peacock room because we wanted the ensuite. Every little detail was thought of, even down to a hot water bottle. The shower was hot and powerful. We loved the kitchen in the cupboard it was perfect. The village of Eccleston had several shops. A must visit is the Bygones antique store and Heskin hall. The fish and chips are very good and there is some tables to sit at.
− The bed in peacock room was very squeaky when we turned over in the night because it was a steel frame.

9.0Beautiful cottage with lovely room and exceptional bathroom. The location is peaceful. You need a car. The local pub is very good. Good country walks nearby.
