3.0Compared with the price charged (almost $1000 per night), nothing.
− Entire house is in bad condition, and nothing like the photos. It is for sale, and the owner may not be spending on further maintenance. To describe this as a house that Steve McQueens owned may be factually true, but it is misleading. The bathrooms are 2-star, except that most 2-star motels maintain their bathrooms better. One bathroom was clearly just carved out of the dining room with an incomplete dividing wall, and if someone made noise in that toilet, you could hear it in the dining area. The other bathroom was an odd affair with toilets on the ends and a two-showerhead stall in between. The bedrooms were basic, and two of them were missing useful curtains. When my friend messaged for a WiFi password, the owner simply ignored. Evidently there is no WiFi. Possibly, the glowing reviews are from guests who paid much less. At $300 a night, it would be fair enough to gush over it. At $400, it would be a 6. At the price I was charged, it’s a 3/10. Booking.com should take the initiative to report the price paid and the length of stay in connection with each review, so future customers can fairly judge where the review average score came from. This is especially important in non-hotel listings, and will be helpful to customers in making better-informed decisions.

− Qualche dettaglio esterno richiederebbe manutenzione e le stanze da letto con sole vetrate, seppur suggestive, potrebbe non essere l’ideale per chi ha il sonno leggero.
