THE VIEWS!!! Many places to sit and lounge. The bathroom is gorg! Full kitchen, recycling and compost. I loved it! PLUS super close to the docks to visit the other parts of the lake AND there is a weavers collective right by my room- super lovely. :)

− I had to push around some furniture to make space for my morning practice mat. Nothing crazy.

The apartment is lovely, comfortable, and well located. Really liked sitting on the balcony and enjoying the lake views. Having a fully equipped kitchen was also great so we could make dinner given the limited dining options in Santa Cruz. Definitely recommend bringing groceries for your visit. David is a great host and easy to communicate with - we had missed in the booking that we needed to pay in cash and he was super accommodating to wait until the next day and we could go to another town and use the ATM (the one in Santa Cruz was out of cash the entire time we were there).

− Everything was great, sometimes you need to wait for hot water but that seems typical for the places we’ve stayed in Central America.

The location is excellent. Very close to Panajachel, 10 minutes via lancha. The dock is right outside of the apartment, so you can catch the boats very easily. The apartment is in a very quiet area, nothing really to do, stay here if you want peace and a fantastic view of the lake and the volcanoes. David is also super nice and helpful. The apartment itself is pefect with anything one might need to have a quiet and comfortable stay. Highly recommended.
