− Noise levels were a bit much but because it is on a tour property it should be expected.
This property gave us an immersive Venetian experience.
7.0This property is in a great spot right near St Mark’s square. The living room window overlooks the canal and we loved seeing (and hearing) the gondolas coming past.

− Got a little cold during our stay, but we were told we couldn’t use heating until 15 October.
•The apartment is located in an apartment building where other people live. The accommodation is let by the Owner; the Total Booking Amount includes the Owner Rental Amount and charges separately invoiced to the Guest for our services, applicable platform costs, check-in and cleaning services.
•In Venice we all have to respect the rules of garbage collection. Please do not leave any garbage bags in the apartment on the day of departure.
•Check-in hours are from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Arrivals before or after these times must be arranged. For arrivals after 8:00 p.m. a surcharge of €40 is charged for the evening work of the runners. In any case, arrivals after 11:00 pm are not accepted.
•Check-out time is 10:00 am. Please be punctual.
•City tax (€4.00 per person per night - Regional Law 45 of Dec 30, 2014) is not included in the rental cost. Must be paid by cash on arrival.
WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
