10.0Gracious, helpful host. Quiet and peaceful. Nice area. Well-appointed suite including washer and dryer. Refrigerator also. Suite was warm and cozy indeed. Would definitely stay again.

7.0Overall clean. Comfy bed. Washer and dryer was appreciated, as were the small kitchen. Very kind hosts, let me check in 4 hours early.
− Loud noices from what I think was the duct system and fridge, woke me up a couple of times during the night. Almost no cooking utensils so even to make an easy pasta dish was hard. A bit dirty around toilet and spider webs in bathroom. There was a smell in the room. I sadly didn't feel it was worth the price.

10.0In a nice neighborhood. Perfectly quiet and comfortable. Amenities are appreciated. I extended my stay for a night at short notice and received quick replies with a helpful line of communication before getting accommodated.
− There is a downside to the place not having a tv but if you have a portable monitor or a friend willing to lend you one like me, you will not have a problem.
