Logement récent très calme situé à 30 min à pied de la Ribeira.

Très beau logement à la décoration simple et bien équipé. Il se situe dans une rue très calme, la Ribeira est 30min à pied. La station de métro Général Torres est à 5 min à pied, l’aéroport de porto est à 45 min en métro via la station TRINDADE. Boulangerie à 100m, possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner sur place, d'autres commerces à proximité. Devant le logement, il est possible de se garer (payant pour une durée de 4h max), à 150 m des rues non payantes mais non sécurisées (nous avons eu la vitre arrière de la voiture fracturée). La communication avec l'agence de location est excellente, entrée indépendante (digicode + boitier à clés). Au moindre soucis, l'agence est très réactive pour résoudre les problèmes. Je recommande ce logement.

− La literie est souple, elle devrait être changée.

Die Lage ist super. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, aber super praktisch und schön eingerichtet. Das Haus ist ruhig.

− Das Schlafsofa war leider sehr unbequem. Für drei Personen würden wir die Unterkunft deshalb nicht mehr buchen.

Estaba muy limpio y el espacio estaba bien aprovechado y equipado. El personal fue muy atento.

− El sofá cama era muy incómodo. En el baño seria necesario poner calefacción, hacía frío. La hora del check out podría ser un poco más tarde (sobre las 11) ya que era año nuevo y tuvimos que salir a las 10 de la mañana. Por lo demás todo muy bien.

− Falta de isolamento sonoro. Não ter elevador. Uma vez que ficamos hospedados num 1.º andar e fui acompanhada do meu pai com 81 anos. Não vem mencionado nas características do alojamento.

Sehr sauber und tolle Lage. Für ein bis zwei Personen ideal, wenn man einen kleine Städtereise von 2-4 Tagen plant. Kommunikation lief einfach und war entspannt
