10.0It’s very easy to get to the property, and it’s in a perfect location. Everything is clean and well-organized, with coffee, towels, extra blankets, and pillows provided. The host is always super helpful — I absolutely loved my stay and totally recommend this place!

10.0The property is in a great location, just some steps to Volta square and plaza Cavour, near to train station, the room is clean and quiet, everything works well, it would be appreciated more coffee capsules in the room. The instructions to pick up the key and how to enter is enoigh clear (you need internet to see instructions), the rooms are exactly on left hand (brown door) after you passed across 3 glass doors.

8.0We stayed at Marcello’s Como Lake in September 2025. The apartment was clean and functional, and the area was safe and quiet. We received quick answers to our questions and the service was friendly.
