− Das Personal war äußerst ungesprächig, gelangweilt und jegliche Kommunikation war schwierig. Die Kaution die wir hinterlegen mussten haben sie uns nicht zurückgegeben!!!!! Sehr unprofessionell!!!!!

7.0− Las toallas estaban totalmente deterioradas. La ducha no tiene puerta o cortina por lo que toda el agua se sale. Me asignaron una habitación justo al lado del cuarto de mantenimiento donde se escuchaba mucho el ruido de los empleados. Invitar a los empleados que hable más bajo.
