Very clean, good spot to stop for a sleep.

It's a nice brand new tiny townhouse in a gated subdivision which looks like it just got finished. Because of the gated access with security guards we felt safe staying there. The neighborhood looks a bit empty and it's not walkable to anything from there, but it's very quiet and we slept well. The place itself looks absolutely new and was spotless clean. Cute design, red curtains help to find the place and make the room glow pink in the morning. All the kitchen appliances were brand new and worked fine. There is only cold running water, but the weather is warm and the water is not freezing. The AC unit works great, we had a nice cool air for our sleep. The full size beds are clean and the mattresses are comfortable. The owner invited us to use the pool but sadly we didn't have time to check it out, otherwise it would be a big plus. Don't trust booking.com location for this place! If you use "open in Google maps" option, it sends you to the dark alley on the other side of Santa Ana, and you'll spend almost half an hour getting to the actual place from there. So it's best to contact the owner in advance and get the right directions. The owner was really responsive and helpful, made sure we made it safely to the place.

The location was great, the place was really quiet in the morning and on the evening as well. The AC was a big plus since it's a bit hot during the day, it was great, place was super clean, host was super quick to reply to any doubts we had.
