What a terrible experience.
4.0− Communication was very bad. I asked them to check in at 6am because I needed to rest before attending a church conference at 14:00. I was charged an extra R100 for checking in early. Fine, due to unforeseen circumstances on the road from Cape Town I arrived there around 10:30am. During my check-in, I was asked to pay more money which I had to argue with the receptionist telling me that there is an incentive fee that I must pay as well. For me that was nonsense and I told them I would not pay more than what I paid on Booking.com. I was really pissed.
