− The property smelt a little damp on arrival, we used the humidifier during the stay to eliminate this problem. It would seem that the lack of fly screens on windows and external doors is the norm here in NZ but they would be usefull for allowing fresh air in with no mosquitoes

− The only two things (that weren’t even a big problem at all), would be the downstairs smells quite musty, and the pillows are super thin! Aside from that everything is perfect. Oh! And the parking was a bit tricky with a big vehicle
Good house, fabulous location but damp smell hard to ignore.
7.0Fabulous location and the perfect place by the sea to recover from the flight from London. Peaceful, great views and plenty of good walks.
− The only major issue, and it is a notable one, is that downstairs the smell of damp was pretty unpleasant, so whilst everything was clean it gives you the feeling it is not. The locking mechanism on one outside door was almost useless.
