5.0Struttura molto bella e in ottima posizione .
− Sembrava abbandonata a se stessa. Nelle camere a piano terra c'era ancora odore di muffa a seguito dell'esondazione del canale vicino dell'anno scorso, cosa che trovo inaccettabile, e poi mancavano le luci per salire al primo piano e altre piccole cose. Un vero peccato!!!

In generale c'è tutto di quello che c'è bisogno ma poco curato in generale.
7.0Ci è piaciuto sicuramente la posizione molto comoda per gli spostamenti e il poter raggiungere facilmente luoghi d'interesse e spiagge. L'appartamento spazioso e comodo.
− L'appartamento purtroppo non è provvisto di aria condizionata e solo al terzo giorno ci sono state messe le zanzariere alle finestre almeno potevamo tenerle aperte! Al ns arrivo in casa c'era un forte odore di muffa e questo ha disturbato molto la ns permanenza. Bastava lasciare aperto l'appartamento qualche giorno prima del ns arrivo e probabilmente il problema sarebbe stato meno fastidioso. Un peccato! La piscina molto bella ma poco curata! Basterebbe poco per far sì che questo posto diventi bellissimo... grande potenzialità.

− Backofen nicht angeschlossen. WC Deckel nach Reklamation nur auf einer Seite befestigt , so daß man beim setzen runtergerutscht ist. Keine Klimaanlage, nur Ventilator. Feuchtigkeit mit muffigem Geruch. Steckdosen locker. Sehr gefährlich. Das erste Zimmer was wir hatten , war nicht für vier Personen in unserem Alter geeignet. Ich selber lag mit meiner Gefährtin im Obergeschoss ohne Ventilator oder Klimaanlage bei 35 Grad nachts. Nach vier Tg. Neues Zimmer bekommen , was den ersten Sätzen entspricht. Snackautomat mit Kaffee funktionierte nicht und wir bekamen auch nicht die 4 € wieder. Desweiteren gab es keine funktionierende Fliegengitter so dass wir jeden Tag bis zu 20 mal nachts gestochen wurden. Bei Entnahme vom Geschirr und Töpfen kam ein moderiger Geruch entgegen. Wir waren für das Geld sehr enttäuscht. Auf keinem Fall werden wir diese Unterkunft für 14 Tg. Urlaub weiterempfehlen.

− Il casale ha buone potenzialità ma non è stato curato a sufficienza. Le case sono spaziose ma poco curate. Lo stesso per i giardini e la piscina molto trasandata. Ci sarebbero da fare molti lavori. Nessun servizio offerto nonostante l ottima posizione.

10.0Struttura immersa nel verde di una pineta con selciato di ghiaia. Siepi e verde curatissimi, pulito e silenzioso. Appartamento 24, pavimento in cotto con soffitto a volte, a piano terra curatissimo soggiorno con cucina, 2 camere, bagno , ripostiglio, giardino. Finestre con zanzariere 2 ventilatori kit di cortesia nel bagno. Appartamento pulito con lenzuola e cuscini nuovi. Reception con Lorenzo sempre disponibile e pronto ad ogni richiesta, come Mario sempre disponibile e pronto a risolvere eventuali problematiche, anche se non riscontrate. Staff veramente professionale. Consiglio
