Due to the circumstances weather wise, unfortunately we were there to seek shelter from the floods and road closures

− 1.It was filthy upon arrival 2.The stairs going to the second floor were dangerous; the run of the stairs wasn’t too narrow so your heel, backside of foot would get scraped if you walk down barefoot. 3.Rain water run off would go into the home 4.Back porch floor boards were rotted out towards the back going towards the fire pit area 5.grill needs to be replaced
