10.0The process is smooth. You have the instructions 24h before arrival, the access is very simple. The pool was very nice, the garden too. The house is huge, we were eleven and we felt comfortable. The location is a few minutes away from stores like Publix if you need anything. The pictures were so amazing, we were afraid of a scam but everything is perfect, as described. If you need something they answer quickly.
− A few things you can improve maybe : - not enough kitchen stuff (plates, spoons, …) - you have a very nice oven but nothing can be put inside as there was no dish for the oven - you should change the rug on the bathroom (the one that has a door on the outside). If someone use the shower, the rug is then full of water which is not comfortable for the others - we found a panty under one of the bed
