We didnt utilize breakfast. Location was fabulous.

− Pet odor in house, especially on carpeting. Dusty. Hot tub jet motor had a mind of it's own. The wine bottle opener was broken.

Love the location. Fully stocked kitchen. Beautiful grounds beds were comfortable

− Couch not very comfortable and could use a regular chair instead of these hard rockers

Great overnight stay in a convenient location just off the highway yet it felt like it was further out of civilization.

Great location so close to both Blowing Rock and Boone. It was a great clean comfortable space, with all that you needed. Loved the hot tub out under the sky at night.

− Two of the three light bulbs in the bathroom were burned out but that is all that I noticed that needed a little attention.
