Poor customer service, not luxury

Great location

− Poor cleanliness, furniture uncomfortable. Stains on furniture. Had an issue with heating, was told by a member of staff it was too late in the evening to get someone out to look at it. No follow up to see if we were ok. Would be cramped in the lounge if there was more than 6 people staying at the house. Sofa and chairs don’t have enough seats for large group, neither does the dining table which is a piece of wood over the pool table. Definitely not luxury accommodation.
