We had a great time, perfect spot for a group stay and a well run business.

It was spacious, good location, great views, well equiped. Beds were comfortable, lots of choice of different pillows. Staff were helpful and responsive.

− That there was no door between the main bedroom and ensuite and the glass door to the main bedroom let through all the lights and noise from the living room.

Great location on the island and incredible views of the marina - always something to look at. Exceptionally appointed kitchen - industrial ice maker, etc. I love a holiday apartment kitchen with matching quality glasses and white platters for serving. 4 bedrooms well spread out - not living in each others pocket. Large living area, spacious lounge to accommodate all guests. Good stocking of essentials - never stayed in holiday accommodation with a box of dishwasher tabs, laundry powder, garbage bags etc - not forced to buy these items for 7 day stay. Quality appointments. Can’t wait to return. Have previously stayed at Pavillions 3 and 4 last 3 years and this is our new favourite!!

− Unfortunately a cable was cut by construction opp at the old fire station that stopped Tv network service for the whole block - notified HIHA on Tuesday aftrn when first noticed and this wasn’t going to repaired by HIE the following Monday - no TV service in bedrooms and only wifi TV in main lounge room - that was intermittent. Def not owners fault but def inconvenient. Cleaners need to wash down balcony - feet filthy if bare foot.

Location was great Kitchen was well equipped for meals in

− Cleanliness - sheets on one bed had dirty footprints; shower in main room was dirty around drain; dead flies in tracks of sliding doors. For the price we paid very disappointed

Space and modern

− We weren't told we had a buggy. So we as 3 couples hire 2. We were told there was a place to park and charge a buggy underneath. The driver dropped us off to pick up buggys. We actually thought someone had parked i our spot the time we were there. It was very disappointing as I could have saved 600.00. It's not clear when booking.
