10.0The house was very clean and had everything we required during our stay.
− The fact that there no hot water after 1pm. Our event was 3pm which meant we started getting ready at 1pm but there was no hot water for our shower and bath. How this is no criticism as I will happily stay at this property again.
I had an absolutely comfortable stay snd will definitely choose this property without looking for any better.
8.0Spacious, well maintained, clean house in a safe neighborhood closer to the center. All beds, including mattresses and pillows are very comfortable and of a good quality as well as cotton bed linens. Staff responded and operated quickly to assist during our stay. We had a comfortable stay!
− Very small details that could make the service to level up, like the biggest cooking pan was burnt and some of serving dishes were not shiny and needed to be washed again before using them. Though whole the house was clean as a new, those “hard to reach” areas are also expected to be cleaned properly (it was dusty and there were some lost items right at the edge under the master bed 😷). Vacuum cleaner from Dyson stopped to suck as the filter was already overfilled - might be necessary for longer stays. And the last wish is: such a nice living room definitely needs a carpet on the floor that would make a huge difference in feeling cozy like a home. Thanks for everything!

8.0The space was really nice and clean. Well secured. The rooms and bedding were amazing. Everyone slept comfortably. All appliances were easy to use and its location is great! Quiet area with no noise. There was a parking spot right in front of the property as well which really helped!
− What we didn’t necessarily like were that the blinds were missing in the room of the last floor which causes a lack of privacy. Additionally, the blinds that were available didn’t really keep out the light once it was sunrise or any type of light really ,which if you like sleeping in really dark rooms or you’d like to fall asleep deeply, might be a bit of an issue.
