na casa tem bastante utensilios de cozinha, faqueiro e outros itens novos, alguns alimentos disponiveis para uso, piscina com espaço muito bom, TV grande na sala, sofá novo, jardinagem perfeita, travesseiros novos, vários descartaveis pela casa, portão eletrônico, garagem boa.
− o quarto externo com suíte muito sujo e com forte goteira no banheiro, a porta de vidro entra agua por baixo e o quarto na chuva fica muito molhado. O outro quarto externo sem suíte, na verdade é um escritório, não tem janelas e mesmo fechando a cortina o sol bate de frente de manhã, muito abafado, impossivel dormir lá. Sala com uma pequena goteira. Infelizmente tinha na casa um outro quarto trancado, que não posso avaliar, mas me incomodou ver que não podia usar. Ar condicionado não funciona. Piscina tem aquecimento e circurlação da água, mas não foi permitido usarmos. E para uma segunda limpeza paguei 50,00 parte.
