Our original booking was not available at last minute they put us in smaller accommodation
2.0− Communication with host, all they could do us apologise not offer compensation for such a poor stay. Paid more for smaller and unsuitable property.

− No heating,hot water,back door could not be locked,no lights in bathroom,toilet, kitchen,or lounge.no wifi or TV.lucky I carry a head torch.poor comms with blue sky even in these urgent situations.keeps on going to voicemail.didnt make contact until after 9am the next day when we had packed up ready to leave for family commitments.couldnt leave luggage in the house as the back door could not be locked.decided soon after to vacate and left a message on voicemail.met some locals who recommended to not stay in a house in that area unlocked.We then realised we were making the correct decision and left.
