1.0− Booking was cancelled at last minute due to double booking (on Air BnB) ….. Poor communication. Refund received.

Nice stay but lacks a bit of finesse.
8.0The location. Comfortable bed. The bathroom, shower, bath. The towels were lovely and soft. The garden room was nice.
− Lack of information and instructions. Was told check in was 12 but didn't get in till gone 4. Need to change check in and check out times to accommodate the cleaning time. No safety certificates. The knives felt like they were going to swing round. The forks were bent. The pan handles felt like they would fall off. The tin opener was nearly useless. Only one glass and that was a wine glass. There was no tea towel. No welcome pack. The gas and electric boxes were wide open outside and kept banging in the wind.

− Not enough bathroom towels for the number of guests, nor hand soap and only one roll or towel paper, could have done better with providing right quantity.
